Becky Snead attended the National Holistic Institute in San Jose, California to become a licensed massage therapist and health educator. Becky graduated with honors, achieved a letter of excellence during the western segment and earned a certificate of excellence for the sports massage team. Becky practices a massage style which blends many modalities, from deep tissue to trigger point therapy, that focus on relieving and eliminating chronic myofascial pain. Becky works with each client individually to meet their goals on a way to a healthy lifestyle. Massage therapy addresses the 650 muscles of the body and, in conjunction with the chiropratic adjustments and proper nutrition, helps keep the body in proper alignment, balance and function.
"I strive to help people live a full, healthy lifestyle and communicate truth with compassion."
Prior to becoming a massage therapist, Becky worked as a campaign manager for Team In Training (TNT), the largest fundraising (and endurance training) program of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Through TNT, Becky has completed numerous half marathons, marathons, 100-mile bike rides, half ironman triathlons and 2 ironman triathlons. In September 2010, Becky moved to Bend with her husband, yellow lab and two cats to experience the natural beauty, friendly community and amazing outdoor adventures Central Oregon has to offer.
