“My goal for successfully treating conditions and injuries is to not only diagnose and treat an injury, but also understand its cause and prevent future occurrences through chiropractic manipulation, nutritional components, and implementing therapeutic exercises.”
Dr. Kremer is also an authority in the diagnosis and treatment of Celiac Disease, gluten sensitivity, and food allergies. Many patients with everything from chronic skin conditions, autoimmune diseases, migraines, ADHD, IBS, low energy, etc. have had such an eye opening turn around after discovering that the food they were eating was making them sick. Many of those had seen specialist after specialist with no real success with treatment. For example, in the case of gluten sensitivity, it typically takes 9-11 years in the U.S. after symptoms have presented before someone finally discovers the actual cause. Having discovered himself what an impact a dairy allergy had on his personal levels of health and wellness, he continues educating the community by giving talks at health clubs and the local Whole Foods.
A personal healthy lifestyle is Dr. Kremer’s primary goal for himself and his patients. Having been a state and national level wrestler for 16 years, he continues his chosen active lifestyle with triathlons, trail running, mountain biking, kayaking, surfing, snowboarding, rock-climbing, yoga, and as a competitive natural bodybuilder. Regular Crossfit workouts have also been a main staple in Dr. Kremer's training regime.
Dr. Kremer and his wife Cassie are columnists for Paleo Magazine and have two adorable French Bulldogs, Franco and Pearl.
