Dr. Kremer received his certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in 2005 and continued building on his passion for Sports Medicine regarding sports performance and recovery, nutrition, weight management and physical rehabilitation. When it comes to sports injuries, Dr. Kremer performs the Graston Technique ® as well as myofascial release therapy while the patient performs specific movement patterns to further enhance patient outcomes. Furthermore, he is trained as a Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) specialist which assesses fundamental patterns of movement such as bending and squatting in those with known musculoskeletal pain. This total body chiropractic approach is designed to complement the existing orthopedic exam and serve as a model to efficiently integrate the concepts of posture, muscle balance and the fundamental patterns of movement into musculoskeletal practice. A personal healthy lifestyle is Dr. Kremer’s primary goal for himself and his patients. Having been a state and national level wrestler in several styles of wrestling for 16 years, he continues his chosen active lifestyle with triathlons, trail running, mountain biking, kayaking, surfing, snowboarding, rock-climbing, yoga, and has competed as a natural bodybuilder. He and his wife Cassie frequently enjoy the outdoor lifestyle Central Oregon has to offer with their son and daughter.
