Simple Tricks for Boosting Immune Function
As this Coronavirus global pandemic continues to raise awareness on what we can do to stay safe and stop the spread, I'm going to link a prior column I did for Paleo Magazine regarding "Simple Tricks to Boost Immune Function". Although this virus and most others will not likely kill you or even hospitalize you, it is good to prepare your immune system to be able to fight whatever comes your way. Secondly, by now most of us are well aware of how to stop the virus from spreading and affecting the elderly and those with a compromized immune system due to illness, chemo, or certain medications.
As these tips and recommendations were the same around the time I wrote it, they are still the same regarding how to build a strong immune system during our current situation as well as what bugs and viruses come our way in the future.
