Weight Loss that Stays Lost
Weight management has been a large focus of my practice as a Chiropractor, a personal trainer and an Exercise Specialist with my past experiences in Cardiac Rehabilitation. Maintaining a healthy weight is critical for adding years to your life, reducing heart disease and some cancers, and just improving your overall feeling of well-being.
Areas I believe are the most important are:

Stress reduction
Inflammation reduction
High fiber
Foods that aid in appetite control
Sorry...no magic pill, or surgical procedure will get you to your optimal level of health or successfully keep weight off.
I have developed a program that helps individuals lose weight with dietary analysis, nutritional supplementation and a safe and effective exercise program through Juniper Swim & Fitness Center.
You are looking at the 2008 Family Fitness Challenge champions. Several volunteers around Central Oregon were asked to work with a family for a three month period with the objective to lose the greatest percentage of bodyweight as a family. Although weight loss was obviously achieved, this family also took with them the tools to live a long, healthy and active life!
The family I was chosen to work with lost over 150 lbs!! Congratulations guys!
