Weight Loss that Stays Lost

Dr. Kremer has spent several years perfecting his methods for weight loss. Having wrestled at a state and national level for 16 years, and now a natural competitive bodybuilder, he truly has a superior understanding of how the body works. With an extensive background in nutrition and exercise science, Dr. Kremer has developed the most individualized plan for weight loss success and lifestyle enhancement.
Utilizing a physicians approach to our FirstLine Therapy program, much will be assessed including the use of a body composition analysis using bioelectrical impedance. This test will not only show the amount of lean tissue verses fat tissue but also gives us a look at cell health and function with intracellular and extracellular water levels. Dr. Kremer works closely with selected personal trainers for those requiring guidance for starting an exercise program. No matter how fit or unfit you may be, this program would be beneficial for anyone.

You are looking at the 2008 Family Fitness Challenge champions. Several volunteers around Central Oregon were asked to work with a family for a three month period with the objective to lose the greatest percentage of bodyweight as a family. Although weight loss was obviously achieved, this family also took with them the tools to live a long, healthy and active life!
The family I was chosen to work with lost over 150 lbs!! Congratulations guys!
