Dr. Kremer is a Chiropractic and Functional Medicine physician in Bend Oregon with a focus on Sports Medicine and Natural Healthcare. He received his Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science and Nutrition from Central Michigan University and received his Doctorate in Chiropractic from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. Upon obtaining his Doctorate, Dr. Kremer completed an additional year of post graduate education to earn credentials as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP).

More recently, Dr. Kremer has also pursued his passion for natural healthcare in the field of Functional Medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine. This is an emerging field which focuses on the "root causes" of chronic conditions such as migraines, IBS, chronic fatigue, skin conditions, inability to lose weight, etc. and not just treating or masking the symptoms. One of Dr. Kremer's primary focuses in the field of Functional Medicine is Digestive Health and has successfully diagnosed and treated those with IBS, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), food sensitivities, pancreatic insufficiencies, and Celiac disease.

As the creator and developer of, Dr. Kremer strives to educate, inspire and empower individuals accross the globe to take a more proactive approach in achieving their optimal levels of health through lifestyle changes. Chiropractor Jeffrey Cobbs is a chiropractic physician in Bend, Oregon with a focus on neurologically based health care, comprehensive wellness programs and corrective exercise. He is excited to share over 30 years practice experience and a lifetime of personal health and fitness experience with the Wellness Doctor staff, patients, and community. Dr. Cobbs received his Associate of Science in Behavioral Sciences from De Anza College in Cupertino, California where he also worked in the Adaptive and Rehabilitative Physical Education program as a physical therapy assistant. Dr. Cobbs received his Doctor of Chiropractic from Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon and completed an additional year of postgraduate education to earn credentials as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician ( CCSP).

Dr. Cobbs is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). While attending De Anza College he worked at the S.M.A.R.T. (Sports Medicine Athletic Rehabilitation and Training ) Clinic in Cupertino, California as a Nautilus Fitness Instructor. His personal training experience includes working at the Courtside Club in Los Gatos, California, Silver Creek Valley Golf and Country Club in San Jose, California, and the San Jose Swim and Racquet Club in Willow Glen, California. Since moving to Bend with his wife, Dr. Pam Cobbs, and their three children, he ran the well known Freedom Wellness Center and their 8 Weeks to Wellness program.

Dr. Amanda Armington is a chiropractic physician with over 15 years of clinical experience. Dr. A uses an active approach to chiropractic care, creating individualized treatment plans to help patients reach their goals. She brings years of teaching as a former full time faculty educator at University of Western States into each treatment by empowering the patient and educating them how to succeed in their goals both in and out of the office. She loves to incorporate the whole person into treatments, often including nutritional or lifestyle support.

Dr. A uses a variety of adjusting and soft tissue techniques to treat patients of all ages, but as a mama of 2, she has come to have a large focus on pediatric and prenatal chiropractic care. Dr. Lexie Ching is a licensed Naturopathic physician providing individualized and evidence-based treatments for every patient. She earned her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, Oregon. Prior to her studies at NUNM, she received a Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology. She strongly believes in the power of human body to heal itself and actively engages her patients in their health care by sharing her knowledge of the science and art of the human body.

In order to support the body in achieving a healthy balance, Dr. Lexie implements a combination of standard-of-care medicine with other naturopathic treatments, such as botanical medicine, nutritional medicine, homeopathy, orthopedic medicine and functional medicine tests and assessments. Dr. Lexie has a passion for the gastrointestinal body system and believes it is the key to influencing the body toward optimal health. She participated in the gastrointestinal mentorship with an emphasis on Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO) with Dr. Steven Sandberg-Lewis.

Gemma has been providing therapeutic services for adults, youth, couples and families for the past 15 years. More recently her work has been focused on youth and family counseling, providing services in Residential Treatment Programs for the past 10 years.

Gemma believes that the therapeutic relationship is of utmost importance when working with individuals, couples and families. She highly values bringing forth her authentic self and creating an environment in which her clients feel safe and respected and that their stories are held in confidence. She believes in a holistic approach and advocates for collaboration between herself and other professionals who work with health, wellness, education and so forth (acupuncturist, doctors, nutritionist, teachers, family advocate programs,) in her clients lives in an effort to provide a sense of well-being, balance and whole-body health.

Her underlying approach is to help facilitate growth, change and awareness in her clients lives though application of treatment modalities including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Family Systems Theory, Relational Therapy, Strengths Based Learning and Mindfulness techniques.
Her goal as a therapist is to provide safety and nurturing that will allow her clients to find a greater sense of belonging, self-love and peace.
